Governing Vessel 20 “Hundred Meetings”
This point is located on the head, at the top point of the skull on the midline, in the small depression.

Conception Vessel 6 “Sea of Qi”
This point is located on the lower abdomen, approximately two fingers widths below the belly button.

Conception Vessel 4 “Origin Pass”
This point is located on the lower abdomen, approximately four fingers width below the belly button. This area may be sensitive to pressure, especially if you are experiencing stool or urinary retention.

Urinary Bladder 23 “Kidney Shu”
This point is located in the lower back on the waist level, approximately two fingers width outward from the edge of the spine.

This point is located on the lower leg, four fingers width below the knee, near the outer edge of the shin.

This point is located behind the inside of the ankle bone, in the soft depression between the back edge of the ankle bone and the Achilles tendon.
