Online mindfulness resources
Mindfulness can be a useful tool
Mindfulness can be a useful tool for addressing fear if done with experienced mindfulness teachers. The Earl E Bakken Center for Spirituality & Healing (the producer of this website) offers a wealth of workshops, classes, guided meditation sessions, and retreats on mindfulness, many of which are fully online and free. Their instructors are trained in trauma-sensitive mindfulness.
