At times we may focus on the ways that humans are destroying the planet, and how planetary changes are harming human life. But it is important to remember that the interconnected relationship between humans and the environment means that sometimes the solution to human health problems can also improve the health of the planet.
For example, research has shown that eating too much red meat can be harmful to your health; likewise, cattle production is one of the most significant sources of greenhouse gasses that cause climate change.
