This is a free online government database where you can find scientific studies on the use of mind-body therapies for various conditions. (If you don’t find it here, try PubMed itself.)

Center for Mind-Body Medicine
This Center offers a professional training program in mind/body/spirit medicine. It also offers mind-body exercises for all.

The Center for Spirituality and Healing at the University of Minnesota

This Center offers many mind-body programs for healthcare students, faculty and practitioners, as well as MBSR classes open to everyone.

The Continuum Center for Health and Healing
This Center, an initiative of Beth Israel Medical Center in New York, contains information on various mind-body therapies, including how it works and when to use it.

National Center for Complementary and Alternative Medicine
This federal government site gives an overview of mind-body therapies and addresses some specific applications.

The New Medicine
This site complements the PBS TV show on integrative medicine (a practice that combines conventional healthcare with complementary therapies). It includes the Health Planner, a tool to help you incorporate mind-body practices into your life (or make other health changes).
