Sheila Hoover, PhD, earned her doctorate in Adult Education and a graduate minor in Complementary and Alternative Healing Practices from the University of Minnesota's Center for Spirituality & Healing. She studied craniosacral therapy through the Upledger Institute with Wes Vaught. She currently works as an instructional designer at the Center for Spirituality & Healing, creating online instructional modules about various complementary therapies.
