This site has a number of articles and resources on stress and its impact on health.

CAM on PubMed [2]
This is a free online government database where you can find scientific studies on the use of mind-body therapies for various conditions. (If you don’t find it here, try PubMed [2] itself.)

Center for Mind-Body Medicine [3]
This Center offers a professional training program in mind/body/spirit medicine. It also offers mind-body exercises for all.

The Center for Spirituality and Healing at the University of Minnesota

[4]This Center offers many mind-body programs for healthcare students, faculty and practitioners, as well as MBSR classes open to everyone.

The Continuum Center for Health and Healing [5]
This Center, an initiative of Beth Israel Medical Center in New York, contains information on various mind-body therapies, including how it works and when to use it.

National Center for Complementary and Alternative Medicine [6]
This federal government site gives an overview of mind-body therapies and addresses some specific applications.

The New Medicine [7]
This site complements the PBS TV show on integrative medicine (a practice that combines conventional healthcare with complementary therapies). It includes the Health Planner, a tool to help you incorporate mind-body practices into your life (or make other health changes).
